1. Check network connection
The first way you should try it is to check the network connection. Please check that you have turned on Wifi and connected to a strong enough Wifi network.
If you use 3G / 4G data then check that you have used up the capacity or not.
2. Clear data (data) and cache (cache) of CH Play
Step 1: Open section Setting > Select Application and notifications > Select Google Play Store.
If you cannot find CH Play in the above way, please select View all applications > Select Google Play Store.
Step 2: Choose Memory and cache > Click Clear the memory and Clear the cache.
3. Restart the device
To reboot the device, simply hold down the power button> Reboot.
If your device does not have the option Reboot, choose Power off > Hold down the power button to start the device.
4. Check the amount of free space on the machine
When you cannot install an application, your device may not have enough space to install it. At this point, you should check the amount of free space by going to Setting > Memory.
5. Check the microSD memory card (if applicable)
Memory Stick The error may also cause the application to not be installed. If you have a memory card, try removing the memory card and then reinserting it into the device.
6. Clear the download manager data and cache
Step 1: Open section Setting > Select Application and notifications > Select Download manager.
Step 2: Choose Memory and cache > Click Clear the memory and Clear the cache.
Step 3: Open CH Play and try downloading the application again.
Note: For models without Download manager, try clearing your data and cache Google Play Store and Google Play Services (as in section 2).
7. Uninstall and reinstall the CH Play update
Step 1: Open section Setting > Select Application and notifications > Select Google Play Store.
If you cannot find CH Play in the above way, please select View all applications > Select Google Play Store.
Step 2: Select the 3 dot icon> Uninstall update > When the dialog box appears, press OK, got it
8. Check for system updates
To check for system updates, open the section Setting > System > System update.
9. Delete and log back into your Google account
To delete an account:
Step 1: Open section Setting > Account.
Step 2: Select the account to delete> Delete the account.
To add an account:
Step 1: Open section Setting > Account.
Step 2: Choose More account > Google > Follow the instructions on the screen.
